Who Are These Real Estate Gurus and Why Are They Here?
The amount and depth of information available on the internet concerning real estate investing is growing every single day. From the explosion in the number of people who consider themselves real estate gurus to the vastly expanded number of blogs and other websites that focus on real estate, the options for online learning have become incredibly numerous.
And – no surprise here – many things you’ll find online are at least confusing and sometimes downright dishonest. So considering that state of affairs, here are some ideas about some of the real estate investing resources you’ll find out there. Important note – the resources below are not being judged by us, but we’re merely pointing them out to you.
* Terry Wygal is either a real estate investor or search engine optimization expert, depending on the day of the week. Terry Wygal’s big idea is to teach people to make videos and put them on YouTube so the videos will get in the search engines.
* Bryan Ellis is a little-known internet marketing expert with a very strong background in technology, real estate investing and internet marketing. Ellis has a blog at http://realestate.BryanEllis.com that has become a mainstay among serious investors.
* Gerald Romine has an interesting software package for real estate investors that helps them calculate profit and loss and does a lot of paperwork for them automatically. Gerald Romine’s software does not come cheaply, but it is well done.
With the exception of Bryan Ellis (who seems to keep a low profile), these people are known widely in the real estate investing business. However, being well known doesn’t mean a whole lot these days. You’ll benefit by a more complete investigation into these people and their resources.
