Bruntwood’s Portfolio Further Expands with Dale Office Space

Bruntwood, a commercial office space provider, has increased its portfolio with the acquisition and refurbishment of a new office building on Dale Street, which is the commercial hub of Liverpool. The latest addition has ensured that Bruntwood is now the proud owner of about 850,000 sq feet of space, with as many as 11 buildings on the map.

The new building has all the features of a conventional Dale Street office, with high ceilings and iron columns. Obviously, modern additions and changes have been made to the design of the building to give it an edge over others in the area.

The space available inside the building is more than sufficient to accommodate offices spanning from 950 to about 23,000 sq ft, which can staff from 9 to more than 250 employees. Much of the space is open plan, allowing for shared office space to be accommodated within the complex.

The location of the building is its most important selling point. It is within 15 to 20 minutes distance from all major access points like the Liverpool Central and Moorfields railway stations, the M53 motorway, and the John Lennon Airport.

A new attractive reception has been constructed and the offices provide a clear view of the Nelson Monument in Exchange Flags, while giving a feel of the busy Dale Street life.

The newly refurbished grade II building cost the company £2 million to develop, and it is certain to be a good choice for companies that require cost effective offices with a good location in Liverpool.
