Bruntwood Lets Out an Additional 5,000 Square Feet At Leeds City Centre

Freedom Back Clinics and Bank Plc will soon be declaring 14 King Street in Leeds as their new office address after the two companies signed leases for 2,500 square feet each at Leeds City Centre, managed by North England property company Bruntwood.

The deal for another 5,000 square feet of the city centre in Leeds brings its occupancy level to over 40%. The two firms will be rubbing shoulders with Charles Stanley Group Plc, Venture Finance Plc and Gatenby Sanderson, which are already located at the same address. The new lettings now leave around 22,000 square feet of space still available at the office complex.

The head of sales and business development at Bruntwood in Leeds, Craig Burrow, said that the addition of two new tenants is a welcome move, and shows that the city centre is fast gaining acceptance as a favourite office destination for companies. He said that the building is very likely to fill up in the near future, as other firms have also evinced an interest in relocating to the property - see info on desk space Bradford.

According to Burrow, one of the main reasons why Leeds City Centre will be filled soon is that it is a prime location in North England and offers flexible office options starting from as low as 355 square feet. This level of flexibility and customer emphasis has allowed the building to grow at a steady rate in spite of the recession, he added.

The two new leases are with Bruntwood and not directly with the city centre, meaning that the lessees have the option of shifting to any one of the ninety assets in the Bruntwood portfolio. This is a major benefit that the company has offered to ensure client satisfaction and continuing business.
