3 Offers New Wireless Broadband Router for the UK

3 mobile introduced its one-of-a-kind wireless mobile broadband router MiFi in the United Kingdom for the very first time. This device has previously been introduced in the US where it has been available for quite some time now. However, it is only recently that 3 brought this battery-run gadget to the UK.

The MiFi can easily connect five users or five independent devices to 3’s mobile broadband connection with ease. The gadget is quite small and can easily fit in one’s pocket. It is also free of the limitations of wires and plugs and can be easily moved from one place to another.

The biggest benefit of the MiFi is that when connected via a WiFi connection, it takes up very less power. It is a known fact that WiFi consumes lesser power than a 3G connection. Therefore, when connected via WiFi, the device will use up less battery as compared to a connection via 3G. Hence, not only can people access the internet without having a WiFi connection nearby, they can also work for more hours without the worry of running out of battery too soon.

The MiFi is available in 18-month contracts, where users get 5GB data per month for £15 including £69.99 for the MiFi. Also available is a plan for £99.99, which comprises of a wireless modem and a usage of 3GB data for a 3-month period.

Mobile Broadband Genie’s comparative table of prices for different users provides all details regarding the latest products and services on mobile broadband available in the market, including pay as you go mobile broadband on MiFi deals.
